Mark is a qualified teacher having completed a PGCE in primary and Early Years initial teacher training. He has a qualification in Forest School Leadership and completed Youth Mental Health First Aid training. 

He has worked in early years for over 10 years and has held multiple roles, including Forest School Leader, Early Years Teacher, and Manager. During this time, Mark also delivered a Forest School training programme to numerous cohorts in the North Yorkshire region and has worked as a learning mentor for a large nursery group in the local area.

He is passionate about supporting and encouraging those around him to help achieve their desired outcomes.

Mark is enthusiastic about outdoor environments, wellbeing, and enriching curriculum.  He looks forward to working alongside early years settings within the region.
