Jade is a qualified primary school teacher and has 12 years of senior leader experience.

She is also an experienced SENDCo holding the NASENDCo award. Jade is a trained Thrive practitioner as well as a Mental Health First Aider. She has a range of experience in safeguarding and attachment and trauma, as well as a wealth of training across the 4 areas of SEND. Jade has worked as an specialist leader of education (SLE) for inclusion and as a Lead SENDCo for the local authority supporting teachers and parents and training staff.

Jade works for the School Support Team. Part of her work involves working with pupils on the Enhanced Transition Project as well as liaising with schools to offer support and advice around children with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
