Nikki is a qualified SENCo, specialising in SEND and inclusion.

Nikki has leadership experience in secondary and was previously an Assistant Headteacher and SENCo. She also has extensive experience in leading a large Additionally Resourced Provision. Nikki has led on whole school SEND throughout her career as well as involvement with wider school improvement.

Nikki also sits on the Teacher Regulation Agency Professional Conduct panel as a teacher panellist.

As a School Improvement Officer, Nikki is committed to supporting all North Tyneside schools to embed an inclusive culture where all young people, including those with SEND, can thrive.
