Driving Initiatives with Governors: A Four Way Partnership

This programme supports headteachers and their deputies to work in partnership with chairs and vice chairs of governing bodies, creating an action plan around a current challenge in their school.

Headteachers, deputies, vice chairs and chairs will attend two half days of training together, exploring the ebb and flow of challenge and response between governors and leaders.

The programme will also include bespoke coaching or additional training for governors where appropriate and an opportunity for chairs and vice chairs to narrate, exemplify and evaluate their particular agenda on site.
