Stable, reflective, skilled leadership is vital in driving robust school improvement. Without it, schools quickly lose impetus and direction. Professional development for leaders is the lifeblood of a school.
Our team offers advice and training to colleagues in a range of leadership roles, including governors. We support leaders to look at their setting through a different lens, using research-informed practice incisively to improve provision and to measure impact.
